Whose Clothes? (November 2014)

I'm switching things up a bit with one of my other sewing projects.  I decided to try my hand at clothing.  Everyone says the best part about having a girl is the clothes.  I wouldn't say it's the best thing, but it's pretty high up there.  This was a birthday dress for Charlotte.  It can either be a dress or a tunic top as they grow.  I used this Fair & Square Baby Dress and Top pattern, and made it in Michael Miller's Children at Play line (On Parade and Balloons in aqua).
