Affamé Hippos (September 2014)

For Hadley, and expat in Paris, and her son Alex, I made this "Hungry Hippos" quilt.  Simple blocks and a border with a little something extra in the corners.  Again, I messed up and had to sew loose edges because I wasn't a pro at piecing the strips together yet, so the corners look a little wonky  All in good time.
