I used a satin for the binding, which I found more difficult than using cotton. I watched a tutorial that said you shouldn't really mix materials when quilting (i.e. use all cottons, etc), but I like the idea of having some different textures in here for little hands to explore.
Again I used stitch in the ditch to quilt it.
