Sugar & Shamrocks (March 2015)

I was finding it incredibly difficult to find a cute, non-cheesy outfit for my daughter for St. Patrick's Day, so I decided to make my own.  I used Peek-a-boo Pattern's Sugar & Spice dress pattern. I had never done piping before, but it is super-easy and I LOVE the look.
